Analog Photography Organization Encourages Designers to Create Happy Accidents.
Community-centric tee shirt company Threadless.com has partnered up with The Lomographic Society International, a globally active organization dedicated to experimental and creative analog photography, for its latest “Loves” campaign.

“Threadless Loves” challenges give designers an opportunity to flex their skills and design to a particular challenge. Challenges are sponsored and supported by companies relevant to the idea. Lomography, boasting half a million members across the world, encompasses an interactive, vivid, blurred and crazy way of life.

Up for grabs are the ultimate tools needed for photographers to commmunicate, absorb, and capture the world including the iconic Lomo LC-A+ camera with LC-A+ wide-angle lens, the DianaF+ with fisheye lens, the world’s first compact fisheye camera (Fisheye 2), 10 rolls of LomoX-Pro film, and a lot more. The top five entries as selected by a Blue Ribbon Panel will be posted on the Army Ten-Miler web site. Registered runners only will be eligible to vote for the top design from June 17 - 24. Last year over 6,840 runners voted for the winning designs. Winners will be determined by the greatest number of online votes. Winners will be announced on the ATM web site on June 26.

It is time to vote on your favorite Hillary Clinton t-shirt design. Clinton supporters submitted thousands of designs and the campaign narrowed it down to just five designs. Personally my favorite is the shirt with the ladies pant suit t-shirt. In general the final designs really aren’t that impressive but it is what they have given us to vote on.

The theme for the t-shirt design competition is community. You can create a t-shirt that relates to any part of community whether it be local, global or online community. This year the design should not include the T-ShirtForums.com logo. Your design can be printed just about anywhere you can imagine so get creative. The designer can also choose the color of the shirt.

Community members will vote on the design submissions for two weeks following the deadline of April 30, 2008. The design with the most votes will win but the ultimate decision is up to the forums founder.

What will you win? The winner will receive $300 in cash, an 8 gb Apple iPhone, 5 T-Shirts with the winning design, and a unique forum avatar color. Customized Girl is having another t-shirt design contest with a chance to win $200 and see your design in U.S. Weekly. So basically the prize is more about the novelty of seeing your design in US Weekly than the cash.
